Directions
This salad will keep in the refrigerator for several days. If desired, add additional dressing.
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1 1/2 green pepper
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing (I use Olive Garden's)
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 Cup of uncooked pasta
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions
- Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces. Add the seasonings, toss with 1/2 the dressing, cover and marinate for at least an hour.
- Add the pasta, the remaining dressing and toss to mix
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve
